How Grenfell has affected the Insurance Industry.

By the end of the session delegates will understand:

  • What information to look out for on high rise construction details

  • What performance testing and fire risk assessment will be suitable

  • The insurers likely actions where non-compliant cladding is likely to be found

Speaker biography:

Rob has spent nearly 30 years in the insurance industry, working with 3 major insurers in claims inspection and risk management. Rob joined AXA in 2001. He represents AXA in various external working groups, mostly RISC Authority considering best practice in passive fire safety, the Arson Prevention Forum and also the Department for the Environment, Farming and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) in enabling flood resilience to become accepted practice for insurance flood risk properties.
