Lunchtime Lecture

Lunch 12:30
Lecture 12:50 - 2pm

Overview:

The stigma of mental health in the workplace is slowly reducing – but it still exists. As a result, many are still reluctant to share their problems or face the issues head on. Those that do share can feel the immediate and long term benefits – but it takes amazing courage to make that first step.

Sharing can also actually be the most liberating experience – and, ironically, the most rewarding

The lecture explores the speakers own mental health ‘journey’ to understand the signs, the sharing ‘experience’ and the return to ‘normality’

Thought provoking, funny and enlightening, the aim of this lecture is to inspire, encourage ‘talking’ and to enable the listener to be able to identify the signs – both in themselves and in others.

The lecture also includes an ‘open book’ Q&A to reinforce understanding.
