Learning objectives

In this seminar, the delegates will be:

· Given the tools used by high performers who have attained success in a consistent and sustainable way, balancing both well-being and success over the long term.

· Have a greater understanding of the mental programmes which have almost exclusive control over an individual’s habitual behaviours thus determining the results they are achieving. With this information, delegates will be able to identify how their belief system may be hindering their success, and what they need to change to achieve success.

· Able to identify how their personal energy can have a massive impact on the success of their endeavours, and use it more successfully.

· Given strategies they can adopt to achieve consistent and sustainable results of high performance.

· Able to adopt proven ways of improving their productivity.

· Provided with guidance as to how they can maintain a wellness balance in both their work and personal life.

Speaker biography

Bernadette Willems is a Business Peacemaker. She has amassed over 25 years’ experience as a lawyer mediator, trainer, and as a high-performance coach. Bernadette is passionate about helping businesses develop their most valuable asset, namely their people to benefit everyone.
