This interactive course will deal with how to impress the examiner, looking at the different examination terminology and what the examiner expects when they use key phrases.

The workshop will include how to best tackle the CII diploma examinations which include multiple choice and coursework and the advanced diploma examinations which are now coursework only.

We will also explore how and where are the best places to reference and how to manage the word count understanding what constitutes too little and too much.

Speaker

Alan Chandler, Chartered Insurer, is widely regarded as one of the leading insurance trainers and presenters within the UK who has trained many national ACII prize winners. Alan has been a CII examiner and knows what an examiner is and is not looking for. Alan is currently running the highly successful diploma and Acii training programmes across the Uk and Ireland. He travels frequently across Europe presenting on technical insurance matters and his plain English presenting style has proved very popular.
