The seminar will be delivered by Julie Doncaster, Partner, Harper Macleod LLP.
Julie Doncaster is a partner in the Private client team of Harper Macleod Inverness. She has worked in private client law for 15 years. She teaches at Glasgow University on the Diploma and regularly contributes to various publications such as The Shetland Times, where she is a frequent visitor.
She is occasionally a guest speaker on Radio Scotland’s morning show and spoke recently on the validity requirements of Scottish Wills. She specialises in high net worth business and farming succession and tax planning cases, personal Injury trusts and adults with incapacity.
