Dear Member - So, July is here and I think we can all agree that the summer is shaping up nicely! Talking about shaping up - and in the CII spirit of constantly looking for new ways to improve - I have decided to challenge myself to go for a morning run at least three times a week. I’m used to running, but I am definitely not a morning person and so it’s a pretty daunting prospect for me. I have completed two runs already; watch this space...
