Speaker Profile

Shane Jones Mbe
Shane’s previous career was in the armed forces where he served 25 years with tours of Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Left the armed forces in 2008 and formed a successful surveying business. In 2014 with co-founder and wife Rebecca, we formed Iprosurv, a drone survey solution for the insurance industry and delivering the results in state-of-the-art software solutions.

Located in the Advanced Technology Park in Sheffield, ensures that Iprosurv can be at the cutting edge of new solutions to the drone industry and work on various research and development projects throughout the country and in Europe.

Iprosurv is the first drone technology company to work within the insurance sector and have multiple clients that us their services in different levels of the insurance industry from claims to RISK and Agriculture to forensics.

Bespoke Case Management Systems have been built to ensure clients receive a seamless end to end service and the ability to receive and inspect large and complex data sets.
