Message from Samantha Ridgewell, Founder and Managing Director of Empower Development
After many years working in HR and L&D within the insurance industry, it became increasingly apparent to me that it was almost impossible to identify trainers and training courses that were bespoke to the insurance market. There was nothing available that focused purely on the needs of insurance professionals, and the challenges they faced every day. I figured that if I had a need to improve the training offering available, other companies would surely be facing the same issues. Which is why I decided to launch Empower Development. I’m passionate about helping professionals across the market progress and enjoy their careers, and I love hearing from those within it so please connect with me through any of our social channels.
This event will be hosted in person at Revolution Ipswich. The event will start at 5.30 and we will have buffet food on offer. Join us and hear from Sam and meet other members of council who have completed or a currently studying as well as colleagues and peers from the local institute in the same position as you.
Who should attend?
We welcome any and all who are studying for your professional qualifications. We would in particular like to welcome any new apprentices or recent joiners who are starting their qualifications now as this will be a great opportunity to learn more about the qualification structure and the best ways to approach study.
This even will not be accessible virtually and will not be recorded so please join us in person.
