Soft Skills – Communicating with vulnerable customers
The Insurance Institute of the Isle of Man is happy to announce that their next event will focus on communicating with vulnerable customers.
Learning objectives:
By attending this event delegates will be able to:
- Understand more about the SHUSH listening method
- Learn about the listening wheel the Samaritans use to assist with conversations with vulnerable people.
- Learning how to listen and how to pick up on cues when someone could be expressing that they are vulnerable.
The event will be delivered by The Samaritans.
