We have come across a few scenarios recently where certain provisions in a Will have led to an unexpected IHT disadvantage, largely due to the little known apportionment rules. The session explore the apportionment rules covering ‘What’ the situation is, ‘How’ the rules work and ‘Why’ it is relevant for advisers to understand.
