Charity Raffle 2021 - The results are in!

Charity Raffle Results!

As you hopefully all know last week was the Insurance Charities Awareness Week and to support and celebrate this the Insurance Institute of Leeds ran our annual Charity Raffle.

All money raised goes directly to the two charities that we support: The Insurance Charities and Touchstone and we're delighted to announce that a total of £1,095 (plus Gift Aid where applicable) was raised for these two great causes.

We would like to say a special thank you to all of the companies who donated prizes to the raffle: Zurich, Direct Line Group, Chubb, Attis Insurance Brokers, Coach Gyms, Aon UK and Highridge HR Consultancy.

Our lucky winners have been notified and their prizes are winging their way to them. Our winners included:

Andrew Baker, Ben Green, Bill Burnett, Steve Boreham, James Ramirez, Emil McKenzie, Laura Wassell, Grant Lister, Louise Pratt, Holly Copsey and Justin Chadwick.

Another Charity Event - get involved!

We're in the process of planning another Charity event for later in the year and this is your chance to get involved. On Saturday 11th September we'll be Walking from Saltaire to Leeds (13 miles) along the Leeds-Liverpool Canal again raising money for our two wonderful charities. There won't be any cost to take part but we will be asking that everyone taking part raises at least £50.
