Annual Dinner
On behalf of David Ross ACII, President of the Insurance Institute of Leeds, we invite you to support the Insurance Institute of Leeds by attending our Annual Dinner which is being held at The Queens Hotel, City Square, Leeds on Friday 3rd November 2017.
The reception commences at 6.45pm with dinner served at 7.15pm. The dress code is black tie for the gentleman and evening/cocktail for the ladies.
The cost of the dinners is £60 per person. The format is round tables seating 10 persons. Parties of smaller numbers may be accommodated on shared tables (12 seat tables will not be available this year).
To attend please complete and return the application form below to rachel.morrison@allianz.co.uk no later than Friday 25th August. Please note the dinner is a hugely popular event and this year will be on a first come, first served basis so please do not delay in submitting your request.
Once your application has been received, we will send you the appropriate invoice. Please note that your application for tickets is not confirmation of allocation, you will only receive confirmation once payment has cleared. You will receive this information by no later than Friday 1st September.
Please note that there are a number of exciting sponsorship opportunities available. A number of our packages incorporate complimentary tickets as well as pre-dinner drinks in the presidential suite with an opportunity to meet our comedian for the evening. Your application form allows you to express an interesting in discussing further.
