Annual Dinner
This event is sponsored by:
On behalf of James Ramirez BA (Hons) Dip CII, President of the Insurance Institute of Leeds, we invite you to support the Insurance Institute of Leeds by attending our 130th Annual Dinner which is being held at the New Dock Hall at The Royal Armouries, Leeds on Friday 2nd November 2018.
The reception commences at 6.45pm with dinner served at 7.15pm. The dress code is black tie for the gentleman and evening/cocktail for the ladies.
Those attending last year’s Dinner will have noticed a more modern theme with no raised top table and more time for networking after the meal. It is intended to continue this trend within the spectacular, but relaxed atmosphere of the Royal Armouries. As usual there will be musical entertainment after the Dinner.
We are pleased to announce that our speaker for the evening will be Eddie Gray, Former Leeds United Player and Manager and Scotland International. Live entertainment will follow from The Deadbeats.
The cost of the event is at £60 per person. Due to the increased size of the venue, we anticipate no problems with capacity, so please feel free to book tables of 10 or as many individual tickets as you wish.
Please note the dinner is a hugely popular event and this year will be on a first come, first served basis so please do not delay in submitting your request. Deadline for online bookings has been extended by two weeks to Friday 21st September.
Once your booking has been received, we will send you the appropriate invoice (when bookings close). Please note that your booking for tickets is not confirmation of allocation, you will only receive confirmation once payment has cleared.
Transport from Leeds City Square will be provided in the form of a shuttle bus operating from 5.30 pm. However, please note that there will be no return transport provided.
There are a number of exciting sponsorship opportunities available. Your application online allows you to express an interesting in discussing further.
