It is an interesting time for the UK economy: Rising inflation and interest rates, slower growth, buoyant equities, low bond yields, tight credit spreads and yet everything is overshadowed by Brexit uncertainty and protectionist attitudes.

What do these and other challenges mean for the UK’s economic prospects as the year unfolds?

Come to this morning presentation with one of the UK’s leading economists for an insight on what the future may hold for our economy in 2018.

Learning objectives
At the end of this event delegates will be able to identify:
• an analysis of the uncertainty the UK faces as it explores opportunities outside the EU and the other challenges we face.
• how to consider personal finances in the light of what will happen to employment, economic growth and the EU moving forwards
• how economic data can be used by professionals in a meaningful way to better educate their clients
