This event gives you the opportunity to hear from a broad range of figures who will share with you their own experiences in the area of Diversity and Inclusion.

Learning Objectives
Throughout this seminar you will obtain a working knowledge and insight into the area of diversity including:
• How the topic of diversity can be tackled and improvements put in place at a large national insurer.
• What it takes to overcome near death and to move to paralympic glory.
• Mental Health in the workplace – what can contribute to this and suggestions for improving this area.
• An overview of personal journeys in this area and how people have overcome the challenges they face. How having a diverse and inclusive organisation can improve organisations.

There will also be a panel event and a chance to meet all of our speakers.
