Walking Tour and Networking

Venue: The Walking Tour will set off from the Reception at the Queens Hotel at 5.30pm.

This is a joint Educational and Networking Event.

Experienced tour guide Ken Goor will be providing a Walking Tour of Leeds covering the changing scene of Leeds over time including some of the history of our own Institute and pointing out historic insurance buildings along the way. Come and enjoy an evening finding out some of the history of the city that you pass through every day.

The tour will take between 90 Minutes and 2 hours. If anyone would like to join us for a drink afterwards please do so to network and socialise.

Tour Guide Biography
Ken Goor has been a tour guide within Leeds since 1985 and has experience of running 54 different tours around Yorkshire, with over 20 focused on Leeds City Centre. He is a published author of books covering local history.
