Speaker Biography
Daniel has worked on all sides of the insurance market; as a broker for a London based specialty firm, claims handler for a large TPA, and as a panel solicitor advising insurers on professional indemnity claims and coverage disputes. He now works for Fenchurch Law acting for policyholders in complex coverage disputes, using his knowledge of how insurers operate to help policyholders achieve the best outcomes from their insurance disputes. Daniel has a particular focus on professional liability, property, and financial lines risks.
Daniel heads up Fenchurch Law’s recently opened Leeds Office which focuses on expanding their offering to brokers, loss assessors and policyholders in the North of England.
