It’s OK To Talk – Overcoming Mental Health Challenges, Staying Motivated and Mentally Fit
Join us for an uplifting and inspirational 1 hour seminar by former Rugby League Professional and Mental Health Campaigner Luke Ambler. Luke will provide insight into one of the hot topics of our time – how to look after our Mental Health and how to stay positive in the face of the most difficult challenges. The subject has gained even more profile during the pandemic with people facing challenges arising from a greater degree of homeworking, returning to the workplace (and under different circumstances) and possibly even the loss of loved ones.

Speaker Biography
Luke is passionate about people and, more importantly, their potential – helping to empower them to be the best they can.
He has known the joy and heartbreak of professional sport from the highest level in the World Cup through to the struggle to return from injury and the desolation of defeat.
Luke’s own history consists of overcoming setbacks, of learning to appreciate and understand goal setting, of building trust and developing coping strategies.
Now a successful entrepreneur, the core of Luke’s work is about delivering perspective. Luke also provides workshops focused on physical fitness, overall wellbeing, and improving mental health; building self-belief, confidence, reasoned motivation and greater self-esteem.
