There is still time to nominate somebody for the Next Generation High Achievers of the Year Award 2019!

A message from Julie Rayson-Flynn, President of the Insurance Institute of Leicester…

Following the success of last years inaugural awards I’m delighted to confirm the nominations are open for the 2019 award. I would encourage all businesses across both Insurance and Financial Services to nominate and recognise your staff. The winner this year will also receive an invitation to be mentored during 2020 as part of the Leicester CII Mentoring programme.

Criteria for nomination

• Applicants must have been employed by their current employer for at least 12 months.
• For applicants to be considered for the Next Generation High Achiever Award, they will need to have demonstrated evidence of professional performance and achievements that have exceeded the remit of their role and/or the expectations of their employer.
• Employers of the applicants must be based within the Leicestershire & Rutland local Institute area, and the employer of the candidate must support the nomination
• Nominees do not need to be existing CII members
