This is a highly recommended interactive soft-skills seminar delivered by an expert in business networking. It is an opportunity to learn about the science behind personalities and persuasion so that you can communicate with influence and impact. By the end of the seminar you will be able to:

  • Apply appropriate methods to fit client personality styles and adjust your style of communication to strengthen relationships

The seminar is ideal for Brokers and Financial Advisers who have important clients and for those who manage a large book of business and who need to build rapport with a range of personalities.

Melissa Kidd runs Motem, which specialises in helping insurance professionals strengthen their relationships and sell more. Melissa has a wealth of experience in the financial services sector – her clients include the Chartered Insurance Institute, the accountancy group CharterGroup, Marsh, NIG, FarmWeb and HSBC. As well as working for large corporations such as Coca Cola and the Royal Mail, she currently teaches PhD students at Bristol, Bath and Southampton University how to articulate the value of their complex research to the business community. Her background in marketing, PR and communications means she is also at home within the media sector.
