Pickup will be Charles Street, Leicester, and full joining instructions will be issued three days before the excursion.

For legal reasons the bus travel is provided free of charge. The fee charged covers the cost of the buffet, a contribution to fuel, a donation to vehicle maintenance and associated event expenses
