The presentation will be looking at the future of Autonomy and the ever challenging issue of liability in motor claims. We will touch on the past, here and now and with the aid of a crystal ball, look into the future.

Your presenter Doug Jenkins

Doug was a Police Officer with The Cheshire Constabulary, spending almost 10 years on the Motor Patrol Unit on the Motorcycle, Traffic and Motorway divisions. He also spent some time at the Police Driving School.

He was the founder and Managing Director of Driving Services UK Limited, where he provided Motor Fleet Risk Management solutions, across all classes, for almost 20 years. During this time, he was responsible for coordinating the service proposition of over 150 staff and trainers, delivering services throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East, working with clients, brokers and insurers.

After selling Driving Services UK Ltd, Doug joined QBE European Operations as a Practice leader for Motor responsible for providing fleet risk management solutions for a range of clients, vehicle fleets. He was also responsible for raising the profile of motor risk management throughout the insurance market and broker network.
Doug joined AXA MATRIX in January 2013 as a Global Motor Fleet Risk Management Coordinator to develop the Global network and services provided to AXA Corporate Solutions fleet clients.

Working extensively in the UK, Europe and South America, including Mexico City, solutions were provided for clients such as Cemex, Siemens, Coca Cola, PepsiCo, Mondelez, formerly Cadbury and Kraft Foods, Schneider Electric, Hilti, Carillion, Galliford Try, GSK, Hanson and HP to name a few.
