Insurance Broking Fundamentals. Subject I10.

Leicester CII is running an on-line course in subject I10. Insurance Broking Fundamentals. The course consists of six two-hour sessions starting on Wednesday 3 May. Some additional places have become available. If this might be of interest to you, read on.

To obtain the Certificate of Insurance, you have to pass three subjects. You don’t need to have passed any other examination to join this course.

Whilst tuition is free, funded by Leicester CII, either you or your employer will need to purchase the 2023 study text. You will also need to pay for the assessment (examination). Further details are here.

Tuition is by a professional tutor, Alison Cooper of ACT1. She is highly regarded and has run a previous course for Leicester CII.

The sessions are held between noon and 2pm on a Wednesday. The schedule is 3 May, 17 May, 31 May, 14 June, 28 June and 12 July. You need to commit to attending.

• Compete the application form attached below and send it to the email address on the form.

You need to be a Leicester CII member. If you aren’t but are about to join, please say so on the application form.
