CII Leicester has a training course that will interest you and is free to members.
This intensive course provides delegates with guidance on how they can build and develop key skills needed when they move into a management role. The course is designed to be as practical as possible. The programme format includes individual/group discussions, simulation exercises and input from course leader.
This course has been designed for the first time Manager or those aspiring to become one in the near future.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course delegates will be able to:

At the end of the course, delegates will receive recommendations of internet material and further reading to build on what they’ve learnt.
The tutor is Peter Ambrose who has successfully delivered both this course and other management-related training to local insurance institutes. He is a recommended CII course tutor.
Course Details
Venue: College Court Conference Centre, Knighton Road, Leicester, LE2 3UF. College Court is a premier training and conference providing state-of-the-art facilities. Parking is available.
Date: Thursday 2 March 2023 Time: 9.30am-4.30pm.
Refreshments: lunch and other refreshments will be provided.
Cost
The course is free to members of the Insurance Institute of Leicester.
