Coronavirus Business Continuity Webinar: Best Practice in Managing Teams Remotely
The topic was highly relevant given the current pandemic situation and explored techniques & principles which people managers could apply to the remote management of their teams. It was especially pertinent to those who have found themselves unexpectedly managing teams remotely and are trying to adapt to this new way of working.
Even with only 72 hours notice, the webinar garnered significant interest with approximately 50 attendees and covered topics including:

The speaker was Sarah Stoddart-Smith who was a past president of the Guildford Insurance Institute and has spent the past decade focusing on strategic business change. Sarah gained a wealth of experience from managing large teams across the world almost exclusively remotely to achieve complex business changes on tight timescales.
