Join us to celebrate Christmas and welcome in the New Year

As well as providing CPD, this is a social event with an element of fun. A delicious 3 course meal and a glass of wine is included, as well as plenty of fun and games.

Smooth Chicken Liver Parfait, Fruit Chutney, Toasted Brioche

Main Courses:
Traditional roasted Cheshire turkey breast, chestnut stuffing and all the trimmings. Roasted potatoes and market vegetables
Braised Beef, Silverskin Onions, Mash Potato & Roasted vegetables
Forest Mushroom & White Truffle Risotto with a Smoked Garlic, Parmesan & Rocket Salad

Desserts:
Vanilla Cheesecake and Blueberry Compote
Bread and Butter pudding and Fresh Cream
Steamed plum pudding with warm brandy sauce

Price: £25 per head for Members (Non-members £30 per head)
