The Annual General Meeting of the Liverpool Insurance Institute will be held at Hard Days Night Hotel, 41 North John Street, Liverpool L2 6RR on Wednesday 23rd March 2016. 5.15 for 5.30 start.
Your council invites you to attend the 2016 Annual General Meeting of The Insurance Institute of Liverpool. Hear first-hand reports from council members on previous and future activities and vote on the appointment of new council members.
A note of the AGM agenda is appended and the statement of accounts will be issued at the meeting.

Being a council member brings with it an array of benefits including the opportunity to network with senior figures from the industry, develop your own personal skills and raise your profile within the local market.
If you are interested in sitting on council then nomination papers are available to download. The nomination (signed by the nominee) must be received by Tracy not later than fourteen days before the Annual General Meeting. Please note that any candidate submitted for election as a Member of Council must be nominated in writing by not less than four members.
AGENDA
(1) Minutes of Annual General Meeting held 8th April 2015.
(2) To receive and adopt the Reports for the past Session.
(3) To consider and adopt the Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015.
(4) To elect President.
(5) To elect Deputy President.
(6) To elect Officers and Councillors of the Institute for the Session 2016/17.*
(7) To elect Auditors for the Session 2016/2017.
(8) To transact any other necessary business.
Tea & Coffee will be provided.
There will also be an evening meal provided following the AGM.
