Inheritance Tax Planning
Review
A successful CPD event was held on Friday 26th May for Financial Liverpool. John Humphreys of WAY Investment Services presented an informative talk about Inheritance Tax Planning and the use of specific trusts that allow some flexibility for settlors. It was a very informative and engaging presentation, as always John was a great speaker and captured everyone’s interest.
There was a good turnout (despite the lovely sunny weather) and Financial Liverpool received a great many of comments from delegates about how much they’d enjoyed the event and how helpful it was. IHT planning is a very relevant topic for Financial Planners as well as for Solicitors. There were quite a few local solicitors in attendance. This is excellent to see as it means Financial Liverpool are capturing a mix of professions for their events, not just Financial Planners!
The presentation was followed by a relaxed networking lunch before everyone had to get back to work.
Carly Dunningham from Financial Liverpool said” Tilney’s once again offered an excellent service in welcoming guests and organising refreshments., the committee are very grateful for the support they provide”.
