Pensions Update: “Authorisation? Registration? De-Registration? Complication!”
Pensions update: Despite an unexpectedly-quiet Autumn Budget for pensions, Practitioners were kept busy, grappling with a seemingly-endless stream of consultations, regulations and legislation; sometimes with unintended consequences for SSAS and SIPP Members, and their Advisers. Meanwhile, scrutiny of the self-invested pension marketplace appears to be increasing; particularly where investments are concerned.
The target audience will be financial planners, paraplanners, investment professionals, accountants and legal professionals.
The learning objectives will be to:
- Understand recent and ongoing developments in UK legislation that affect self-invested pensions and other tax-advantaged accumulation products; and
- Understand the advisory implications of these developments, as the UK population moves towards life outside the European Union.
The learning outcome will be for the audience to come away with a clear understanding of recent changes to pensions, against a backdrop of governmental and constitutional change.
Please reserve your place at this event early by registering here.
