Do you find yourself sat at your desk for the majority of your day?
Do you have a back ache or other pains that just won't go away?
Do you feel stressed or lacking energy throughout the day?
If so, why not give chair yoga a try! This is an excellent way to de-stress and give your whole body a stretch whilst sat at your desk... all you need is a chair!
Chair yoga is more accessible than general yoga as you can remain seated or use the chair for balance.
You don't need any equipment or a change of clothes, you can literally do this on your lunch break!
