Financial Liverpool - Coaching Clients Through Economic Cycles and Julie Calvert's Retirement

City Wine Bar
Wednesday, 06 November 2024
3:00 pm – 6:30 pm (UK time)
    • Angie Staunton, Chartered Financial Planner, Vanguard Asset Management

This is an in-person CPD event as well as a networking event, with drinks and nibbles provided by Vanguard.

CPD:

The Advice Value Proposition is changing & client expectations increasing. Driven by Consumer Duty regulation/technological pressure & many other economic impacts, the adviser/client relationship has never been more important navigating clients through challenging times & coaching them to maintain discipline.

Vanguard have long been a supporter of behavioral coaching and the value that this can add during the ever-uncertain economic cycles. With the rapid growth of the digital element, this human component/trust built up is a key differentiator of why clients would use adviser services.

Angie Staunton will share Vanguard’s latest content and will help us focus on the things that matter to clients while encouraging us to think about how to better implement the coaching element of financial planning.

We will then follow with drinks and nibbles to celebrate Julie Calvert's retirement and to thank her for her years of volunteering at Financial Liverpool.
