The Insurance Institute of Liverpool is delighted to offer young people in Year 12 or above the opportunity to attend a Careers Insurance and Financial Planning Insight Event. This free event is designed to provide an opportunity to learn about the huge range of exciting careers and different roles within what can be an overlooked career sector.

Glen Affric Brewery Tour
Following the success of our previous visit to this fascinating Wirral based brewery, we are delighted to announce that a further tour has been arranged. The tour starts at the 3000l brewhouse where you will learn about the brief history of Glen Affric Brewery and how a brewery with a Scottish name ended up in Birkenhead! Then go next door into their other unit where we house all our fermentation tanks and hear about what is considered to be the most important part of the process: fermentation. Cross the street to the packaging unit where you will see our bright beer tanks and canning lines and hear about how they can their beers. Places are strictly limited to 10 people for this event on a first-come first-served (excuse the pun!) basis.
