At University of Hertfordshire.

The Luton & St. Albans Institute were happy to support the Annual Professional Careers in Accountancy and Finance event at the University of Hertfordshire.
Our careers officer, Peter Checketts with two colleagues on Council , Michael Brett and Gavin Potter presented to 250 year two Finance and Accounting students as part of a morning of presentations from other generally Accounting professional bodies , so we really represented something different and were very well received.
The foot-fall of people post presentation at our stand in the careers fair was quite considerable and the event must be considered a great success and was an excellent opportunity to increase awareness of our profession at the University Business School.
It was very rewarding to have the opportunity to help students with their career paths in our region.
