Annual quiz

With a change of venue to the Spice Rouge in Stevenage 40 members of the Luton and St Albans CII descended on the venue for the Annual quiz forming 9 different teams. Chris Lowe was on fine form with challenging questions which got people thinking. After 3 nail-biting and rigorous rounds we were treated to some fine Indian Cuisine which went down well before Chris then continued to test our knowledge.

MIAB managed to come out as winners again for the 2nd year running with an impressive score of 103 though they did have Tanya back from the council team to make up their numbers. They have vowed to be back next year to try
and make a hat trick of wins. MIAB’s 2nd team came in second with 96
points. Booby prize team scored 52 and the two council teams scored 60 and
62 respectively and didn't do too well.

It was a great fun social event for members which was well supported once again so thank you to all of you that came and to those of you that didn't - why not come next year and try your general knowledge skills?"
