Bowling Competition 2019
21 members of the Luton and Hertfordshire CII descended on Hollywood Bowl Stevenage for 2 games of bowling and a finger buffet. It was a hotly contested evening of bowling with 5 teams competing for the Team Bowling award but there were also awards for best individual bowler, most improved bowler, stylist bowler and funniest bowler.
Towergate walked away with 2 awards on the night with Molly winning Best individual bowler with a combined score of 279 which was 15 points more then the next closest bowler. Tim from Towergate won the coveted most improved bowler with the lowest score of 109.
Harry from RHG won the most stylist bowler by bowling the ball in between his legs backwards and getting a strike. Nick from Arch won the funniest bowler of the night when he managed to bowl the ball the wrong way and nearly took the 6 people in his lane.
Pressure was on RHG to win the team bowling award again due to the fact that they forgot to bring the trophy back with them. They did not disappoint and won the team trophy again with a score of 998 closely followed by Gallagher B with 911, Third was Arch 835, forth Gallagher A 807 and Towergate with 691.
