Jeff Heasman took us on an engaging and interactive journey through the cases which have shaped the insurance industry and beyond.

This session provided an insight into both the practical and ethical issues which the courts face and by the variance in opinion within the room, certainly showed that nothing is ever as clear as we may believe!
