Claims Symposium

Your local Institute together with our friends from the Insurance Institute of Bedford and Milton Keynes hosted a very informative and interesting claims symposium on 20th February at the Tilsworth Golf Centre.

There were network opportunities in a friendly environment with a good turnout from both local Insurers and brokers.

The presentations included, The work of the Insurance Fraud Bureau by Neil Jones, Combatting Exaggerated Claims by Alex Wilkinson and Philip Melia, and Why all claims handlers must get internet and social media savvy.

The speakers engaged and enlightened us whilst presenting their topics. A thought provoking morning.
