Luton & Hertfordshire elects first female President since 2009

On 15th April 2020,the Luton & Hertfordshire Institute was pleased to announce its newly elected President as Tanya Bedford ACII
Tanya is the first female President of the Institute since 2009 and only the fifth since the Institute’s inception in 1932.
Tanya started her career in the profession in 2014, having worked in the broking field before moving to the private sector. She is an alumna of the prestigious CII New Generation Programme (2018/9) and obtained her Chartered status in September 2019.
Tanya was a driving force in the creation of the Women's Luton & Hertfordshire Network in 2019 and is a proud ambassador of Insuring Women’s Futures.
