Overview:

Dealing with personal injury claims is an important aspect of claims

serious injury cases. An insight will be given as to how these
decisions flow through the later stages of litigation. The sessions
will consider the tactical options available to claims handling
businesses such as, rehabilitation, surveillance, expert evidence,
dealing with uncooperative claimants and robust repudiations.

Learning objectives:

At the end of this event, the delegate will be able to identify:

• what indicators a claims handler should be aware of when
dealing with this type of claim
• the range of possible outcomes
