Matt leads CNA Hardy’s Technology and Cyber risk business unit in the UK. Managing a team of underwriters, he is primarily responsible for developing and executing a strategy that supports profitable growth.

With over 25 years’ industry experience, Matt’s insurance career began at RSA within the commercial insurance area, working in a number of roles including underwriting, business development and training, followed by an account manager role at Travelers. Matt is a founding member of CRIF (Cyber Risk and Insurance Forum).

Overview:

This talk looks at one of the fastest growing lines of business - Cyber insurance. This covers the main issues facing businesses and the type of claims that are covered.
By reference to real claim examples, Matt will also examine the claims process for cyber liability and provide an insight into what he believes is next for our Industry.
