Sales without selling
Sales without selling by Lee Warren
FREE PFS EVENT - ALL WELCOME
Overview:-
Lee understands how to sell to clients like no one else. And his style is such fun, it’s a real pleasure to learn from him”
Almost everyone in a modern business has a sales role even if it doesn’t say so on their business card, but many people have a mindset that ‘sales’ is something manipulative. This makes sales much more difficult than it needs to be. In fact, at the heart of selling is a simple idea – sales is about exchanging value. In sales, you’re helping people by providing a solution to a problem. When a business stops ‘pushing’ at clients and starts providing valuable solutions to meaningful problems, selling becomes more enjoyable and easy, and you stop having to chase clients - they come to you.
Learning Objectives
By attending this event, delegates will learn:
• A 4-step process for becoming a ‘trusted advisor’ rather than just a ‘salesperson;
• Why the best salespeople are 100% focused on ’value’ rather than ‘products and services;
• Why selling a service is profoundly different to selling a product, and why that matters;
• How to conduct a sales conversation without being pushy;
• Why ‘modern selling’ means understanding that the client is more empowered than ever;
• How to educate the client about their own problems and lead them to a solution;
• Why clients want to buy - they just don’t want to be sold to!
