Overview:
Lone Working brings many benefits to the employer and employee alike.
There are several ways to monitor productivity or what the lone or remote worker does, but how do we monitor their wellbeing?
We know that Lone Workers:
-Risk becoming stressed and isolated
-Can find it hard to “switch off.”
-Can become fatigued and therefore less productive;
-May feel career development may suffer.
In this short workshop we suggest practical ways to manage the wellbeing of lone and remote workers
Learning objectives :
•Recognise and identify the early signs of stress in the workplace
•Techniques to improve stress management
