Leading and Managing Hybrid Teams
Leading and Managing Hybrid Teams
Leading and managing hybrid teams is not new. Some teams have worked remotely for many companies that have international offices; regional offices and international leadership teams. How every the Covid 19 Pandemic created an immediate and essential move to remove to remote working for at least part of the working week; and many organisations are encouraging fewer employees to come into the office.
