Consumer Duty: Management Information to Prove Good Outcomes.
Delivering good outcomes is a requirement under the Consumer Duty and the regulator is looking for evidence that firms are monitoring outcomes and dealing with poor practices in an agile and timely way.
Objectives
On Completion of this session delegates should understand:
- how management information should be based on the firm's view of "what good looks like" and linked to the four Consumer Duty Outcomes;
- appropriate targets for achievement and
- management review where standards are not met.
