Gibraltar Fun Run

In May 2016 , we saw the twinning of the two insurance institutes (Manchester and Gibraltar) in action. A group of members and friends of the Insurance Institute of Manchester joined up with the Insurance Institute of Gibraltar to run the EY Relay for Children, a relay race in 2 teams. As the event was in Gibraltar, the Manchester team, including Katie Jackson president, Karen Cartridge and Victoria Myers, were also welcomed the previous evening for tapas and networking. The event raised funds for the Gibraltar institute's nominated charity.
The weather was fabulous, the sun was shining and the institutes really came together and worked together as teams. The teams raised £500 towards the charity. Many thanks goes to the Insurance Institute of Gibraltar for arranging the fabulous event and well done to everyone who took part.
