This CII event, supported by pro-manchester, will help employers in the financial sector and specficially insurance understand how they can utilise Apprenticeships to develop their current and future workforce. In addition the event will provide an update on the Trailbrazers Apprenticeship project and ways in which businesses can link with local schools and colleges to help secure a talent pipeline.

The event will touch on the most important points relating to Apprenticeships including;
- How are Apprenticeships structured?
- How can I access the maximum funding levels?
- How can I find high-quality applicants?
- How can I find a training provider to deliver the Apprenticeship?
- What are the business benefits of employing Apprentices?
- How do I build education links?
