Speaker Biographies:

Gareth Pickup is a Senior Associate in the Manchester Office with extensive experience of property damage liability claims, subrogated recoveries and policy coverage disputes.
His work has focused particularly on complex, multi-party disputes arising out of fires, escapes of water, product liability and construction & engineering related incidents. Gareth also has vast experience of mediation and other forms of ADR. Gareth also regularly delivers training and seminars to clients.

Neil Quinney is a Senior Associate/Chartered Legal Executive in the Manchester office who has over 20 years' experience defending injury claims for insurers up to a value of £125,000.
Neil specialises in employers and public liability claims including multi-party disputes, complex and high value claims and he also supervises a team of lawyers dealing with a range of liability work.
