To do this effectively we need to better understand our customers and other claims stakeholders and learn from how other industry sectors have transformed their service propositions.

By the end of the session, delegate will understand:
- How Behavioural science can help design better processes
- How data science can be used to inform process design and risk management
- The importance of aligning contractual SLAs with new customer service models

He also manages strategic client relationships and is an advocate for innovation across the UK business.
