The Insurance Institute of Manchester is happy to announce that their next webinar will cover conduct and culture, including non-financial misconduct.
The FCA CEO has said diversity & inclusion is a ‘regulatory issue’ and the FCA have launched a new campaign to encourage would-be whistle-blowers to speak up. Delivered by Sarah Wallace, Sarah’s session will cover the FCA’s D&I and culture agenda, senior manager responsibility, non-financial misconduct, real life examples and take-away action points for firms to consider reducing the risk of regulatory intervention from a cultural perspective.
Sarah is a well-known expert for financial services regulation, FCA enforcement, criminal and internal investigations. Partner at entrepreneurial law firm Constantine Law and former Head of Regulatory & Criminal Group at a top 20 major UK law firm. She is a regular speaker on workplace culture, wellbeing, and social media.
