Learning Objectives:

Recognising that people are facing anxiety and uncertainty as they return to work and are looking for a more positive outlook to help them deal with these challenges, this will be an opportunity for members to Regroup, Reflect, Refresh, Reset and Refocus. We will approach this by:

• Referencing some of the latest research that explains the challenge that people are facing in returning to the workplace
• Provide ways to help them reflect on the experience of the last two years.
• Highlight some ways to refresh their thinking, reset their priorities and refocus on what matters, in order to move forwards positively.
